Lue and Associates is a boutique market intelligence company focused on delivering actionable insights. Team members have years of experience working on studies in a range of industries including technology, transportation, and consumer. The key is that not all of those years were spent on the agency side. Many of us started off as clients of market research firms. This means we know what's really significant –we're not like many research firms that lose sight of the big picture and get lost in the data. We know market research and competitor analysis need to help you make informed business decisions that provide a sustainable ROI.
Todd is a customer-centric professional with proven skills for executing market intelligence initiatives for over two decades. His extensive experience on the client side ensures that proposed research and recommendations are practical and actionable. His expertise is recognized by his Insights Professional Certification from the Insights Association.
Todd has conducted market research and competitor analysis for IBM, Hewlett Packard, Lattice Semiconductor, Attensa, NWEA, DAT Freight and Analytics, Kaiser Permanente, Bayer Animal Health, Novartis, Banfield, The Pet Hospital, Royal Canin and numerous independent veterinary practices. He was the lead researcher and author of the groundbreaking study and paper "Impact of the owner-pet and client-veterinarian bond on the care that pets receive" published in the Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Todd has served in various capacities including Head of Market Intelligence, Senior Director of Research, Chief Knowledge Officer, Internet Marketing Director, VP of Marketing, and Strategic Planning Manager. He received his B.S. in Engineering from UC Berkeley and M.B.A. from The Wharton School. When not in the office, you can find Todd enjoying the Oregon outdoors, playing a mean game of pickleball, and trying to keep up with all the wineries that keep popping up in the Willamette Valley.
